William N. Zelman is a full professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management, Gillings School of Global Public Health, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He specializes in Health Care Financial Management, focusing on management-related issues, including measuring organizational performance and cost management. He has served as director of the Residential Master’s Programs and is past chair of the Association of University Programs in Health Administration’s Financial Management Task Force.
