Financial Literacy Strategies

If you want to help create a financially intelligent workplace, your first step is to figure out a strategy for getting there. We don’t use the word strategy lightly. If you really want to change the culture, you know that sponsoring a one-time training course or handing out an instruction book isn’t going to do it. You will need a plan and the time to implement it. You will need resources and support from others in your department and from higher-ups in the company. We’ll outline three approaches—ones that aren’t mutually exclusive—that we have seen work.
