BRADLEY J. PREBER IS THE U.S. national managing partner of Grant Thornton LLP’s Forensic and Valuation Services practice. Mr. Preber formerly served as the office managing partner for Grant Thornton’s Desert Southwest cluster of offices and the U.S. national leader for Litigation and Dispute services. For more than 30 years, Mr. Preber has served as an expert witness, litigation consultant, financial forensic investigator, and neutral accounting arbitrator. He specializes in complex claims and disputes, with an emphasis on “bet the company” civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. His clients have included the U.S. Department of Justice, Department of the Treasury, Department of the Interior, New York Office of the Attorney General, Special Trustee of the Securities and Exchange Commission, state gaming authorities of California, Nevada, and Mississippi, and a number of the largest global and domestic law firms.

Mr. Preber frequently writes, speaks, and presents on leadership, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution services, and the provision of neutral accounting arbitration services. He authored the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant’s special report entitled Introduction to Civil Litigation Services in 2009 and assisted with the development of that organization’s professional training on expert witness testimony.
