Challenge Your Thinking

It is only after confronting difficulties that we know how strong we really are. In talking with a 36-year-old statistician, he described how he would look back on his problems and our attempts at learning from them, noting “I would write down the pearls of wisdom. I began testing my requirement for worry. Right now doesn't explain what happened five years ago or what will happen five years from now.” This is how you can challenge your negative thoughts and test them out. What is the evidence for and against? How realistic are they? This is called problem-solving thinking.
