Statement of Purpose
Executive Dimensions is an instrument designed to provide developmental feedback on leadership competencies shown to be important for executive effectiveness across a wide range of organizations and industries. It was developed from the leadership literature and the data collected from practicing leaders enrolled in Leadership at the Peak, the most senior program at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).
