Consider Length

Time is often a factor when choosing between one instrument with a large number of questions or items and another instrument with only a few. Some managers may find an instrument that requires 45 minutes to an hour to complete a bothersome task and may reject its use. Though a long instrument may require more initial completion time, the depth of feedback it produces may be worth the initial investment. On the other hand, a short instrument may seem superficial and may not provide enough feedback for data-oriented individuals.
