Compare Value for the Price

Cost is always a consideration, but what is included in the price can vary so extensively that selecting an instrument based solely on cost can result in a less than optimal instrument for your use. At the very least, the cost should cover one self-report survey, one rater survey, scoring, and a development guide.

To adequately conduct the feedback process for one manager, you would need one self-report instrument, at least three instruments for raters (usually the minimum to have rater data scored), a development guide, and an arrangement for scoring.
