Administrative Officer Federal Resumes

Administrative officers manage the operations, supervise staff, plan the workforce, review performance, ensure efficiency, implement new initiatives and regulations, communicate with internal/external customers, brief senior people, write and prepare quantitative and qualitative reports, purchase items, direct contractors, manage the budget, and solve problems. The administrative officer spends at least 50 percent of his or her day on operations and about 50 percent on special projects, improvements, problems, and new program initiatives.
