STEP 1. RECALLING FEEDBACK YOU RECEIVED

Take a moment to think of a senior manager you report to now or a manager you have reported to in the past.

Now recall a time when you were on the receiving end of that manager’s feedback—a time when he or she communicated with you about your performance. Try to recall as many details of the communication as you can. Make notes in the work space below if it will help you remember the feedback episode better.
