OUR INTERVIEW RESEARCH AT RAINMAKER THINKING is an ongoing effort to gather and analyze the invaluable data that people at the front lines of the workplace have to offer. Working with such data, we have developed a four-hour licensable training program to teach managers the fundamental behaviors and skills of FAST Feedback.
