PROJECT 1: LIGHTBULB

Up to this point, we have talked about a number of things that pertain to FAST, but we have not established a procedure to follow. We will now talk about the first 11 steps of the FAST procedure. As we do this, we will first apply the first 10 steps to Project 1, which is an incandescent lightbulb. Then I will show you how to apply Step 11. The main reason for selecting this project is to demonstrate how to construct a logic diagram in the form of a FAST Tree, which was introduced in Chapter 4.
