PREFACE

Being a management trainer is an honor and a challenge. We have the opportunity and privilege to affect how our companies are led and managed. We can help define and reinforce the desired work climate through our work with managers. Great managers make great companies. But great managers are not born, and management can't be learned in one weeklong course. I've been training and coaching managers for more than 25 years and I can't imagine a better way to make a living.
