Informal Training Ideas

10 Steps to Be a Successful Manager lends itself well for use with a variety of training and development formats. In this chapter, I'll share several informal training ideas. Truth be told, these ideas are my favorites. As I mentioned in chapter 1, I believe that creating stimulating conversations and getting people to try techniques using real-world situations are the most powerful ways to improve application and habituation.
