Facilitation of learning is not the same as making a presentation. The word facilitate comes from the Latin facilis, and means, “to make easy” (Bentley 1994). As learning facilitators, our job is to guide the learning process for our learners—in other words, to make their learning easy. Doing this effectively is an acquired skill.

We've written this book for you—the person who wants to teach others to enhance their learning facilitation skills.
