Watch out for these policies!
You must have read the scare stories about how Facebook is taking over the world because they have so much information on us, and how terrible it is that so many people trust it with so much of their personal data. We should be cautious of what we put on there, to be sure.
The same fears apply to you now, since you now know how to access all of that information.
Facebook has a list of policies that you, as a developer, must follow when creating your applications. Since this is continually updated, I won't go into much detail; the full list can be found here: http://developers.facebook.com/policy/. In general:
