If you’ve gotten this far in the book I assume you think Facebook sounds like a pretty good deal. Now you just have to sign up to start using the site. What does that entail?

Here are two nice things about using Facebook: It’s easy and it’s free. That’s right, even though you have to create an account, it’s a free account; you never pay Facebook anything to use the site. That’s because Facebook, like most websites these days, is totally advertiser supported. So you’ll see some ads after you get on the site, but won’t be out a single penny.
