What if You Don't Have All the Stories?

Don't worry—you can be sure you don't have all the stories. It's important to at least have placeholders for all the big ones. Spend a little time brainstorming customers and programmers together, about what else might be needed. Make cards for the things that make sense. Estimate them like all the others. But the specific stories aren't as important as the steering that becomes possible when you can tell the customer how fast you are going.
