Chapter 10. Quick Design Session

Within each iteration, programmers don't stand alone. Here's a technique to help programmers move forward with courage. Make it part of your team's ritual.

Truth is, once you have broken down a story into tasks, you often already really know how to implement it. Often the best thing to do is just to proceed to "Test-first programming." But if you aren't clear on just what to do, or if you would like a little reassurance, or if you would like a few additional ideas, have a quick design session.
