Inside each release, an Extreme team plans just a few weeks at a time with clear objectives and solid estimates.

As the XP customer, you have the right to get the highest possible value out of every programming week. XP projects work in short "iterations" of two or three weeks, and you select the work to be done in each of those iterations. Your mission is to select work that will maximize the business value completed by the end of the iteration.
