What if You Don't Have All the Stories?
Don't worry—you don't have all the stories. Things will change and new ideas will come to you. You can substitute stories at the beginning of any iteration. Just get the programmers to estimate them, and stick them into the planning process when their cost and value dictate. Grab a few cards, write down the new stories, and act like you had them all the time. No one will ever notice.
