The International Standard known generically as “ISO9000” has had – and continues to have – a significant effect on organizations around the world. After more than 25 years of experience by personnel in user organizations, auditors, consultants, and trainers, there are still fundamental misunderstandings of what is involved in applying the requirements contained in ISO9001.
