Create a Windows cluster

You can create a new cluster in a Windows container. In this application you will create a PacktWindowsCluster cluster for a Windows container.

The following are the steps on AWS Management Console.

1. Log in to the AWS and navigate to the Amazon ECS console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/ecs/.
2. Select Cluster from the left-hand side of the navigation page and choose Create Cluster.
3. Select EC2 Windows + Networking and click Next step.
4. Add Cluster name for your cluster (in this example, PacktWindowsCluster is the Cluster name).
5. Select Create an empty cluster and then click Create:
