MANY OF THE strengths, values, and behaviors that people express in their day-to-day lives have roots in the lessons they have learned from a lifetime of experiences. An exercise called the Life Journey Activity provides individuals with an opportunity to examine some of these life lessons by creating a visual representation of their personal life journey.
