Conclusion

AS EDITORS, the task of producing this book was its own learning opportunity. We worked with a diverse array of authors, reading descriptions of their practices and lessons learned, asking questions and prodding them to share even more, and thinking about the best ways to organize and make sense of all they had to offer. Toward the end of our work, we decided that each of us should step back and reflect on this topic that we had immersed ourselves in, articulating concluding thoughts that each editor wanted to share about the practice of experience-driven leader development.
