News made in Cairo, Illinois, reaches a world audience as quickly as news from Cairo, Egypt. Legal and regulatory regimes vary dramatically from both a regional and national perspective. The largest market, the United States, recently enacted the most sweeping reform of public companies since the 1933 and 1934 Securities Acts.
