Chapter 15. Designing and Building Knowledge Management Solutions
As promised, in this final chapter, I am going to discuss how to build knowledge management solutions. Let me stress the word discuss. Knowledge management solutions are not as clear-cut as Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) solutions because they exist at a much higher level. In fact, I have already covered almost everything you need to build an effective knowledge management solution using Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and the Web. The problem with knowledge management solutions revolves around what kind of solutions can be created with the tools I have discussed so far. With this in mind, I am going to focus more on examples and theory rather than hard core programming.
