Distributing Your Project

As I mentioned earlier, distributing your Outlook macros isn't the easiest or most common thing to do. Distributing macros created for other applications, such as Microsoft Word or Excel, is a piece of cake comparatively. Simply email the Office document containing the macro to someone or place a template containing the macro in a central location for anyone to use. Unfortunately, you don't have this luxury in Outlook.

Here are some suggestions that you might choose to follow if you need to distribute your code to other machines, as shown in Figure 7.5:
