Deploying Outlook Forms

The last step in the process of Outlook forms development is to make the new form or forms available to others. This process is called form publishing.

There are three ways you can make a form available for others to use:

  • Save the form with each item it creates. This option is best suited for one-off forms where the form is only used once and never used again. You can save the form definition with each item the form creates by selecting the Send Form Definition with Item option in the Properties page of your form in design mode.
