Customizing Outlook Forms

When developing new Outlook forms, you must first choose an existing form to work from, to act as a form template for your new form. You can choose from an existing, built-in, or another customized form. After you have selected your base form, you are ready to begin customizations. In this section, I will discuss the process of selecting base forms and form customization, which encompasses how to manipulate the Read and Compose pages, form properties, and form actions.
