So what kind of solution will you build for your organization? The problem isn't as complex as it may seem. To help you understand which solution might fit well into your needs, I have created the Collaborative Solution Matrix, illustrated in Table 2.1. This matrix helps define what type of collaborative solution or combination of collaborative solutions you can employ to help design and build advanced solutions in your workplace.
