Knowledge Management

It might be difficult to grasp what knowledge management collaboration is because everything we have been trying to accomplish in this book relates to some form of knowledge management. In this case, knowledge management can be explained as knowledge acquisition, dissemination, and reference. When individuals in a corporation obtain or devise specific expertise in a particular area, knowledge management solutions help make this expertise available to others.
