Setting Display View Options

Excel Options allows you to personalize what appears in the Excel window. You can customize the way Excel appears when you work on a worksheet. If you need more room to view another row of data, you can hide the Formula bar or Status bar. If you’re working with functions to create a formula, you can show function ScreenTips to help decide which function to use and how to use it. For easy access to files, you can specify whether to show recent workbooks on the File tab (New!) and the number of recent workbooks or folder to show (New!).
