Presenting a Workbook Online

With Lync, you can present a workbook to an online meeting. With the Present Online command (New!), you can start a Lync meeting with the currently opened workbook. Microsoft Lync is an instant messaging program that allows you to hold online meetings with an audio and video experience. Lync uses a SharePoint or Office 365 site as the meeting or conversation host. During the meeting, a toolbar appears at the top of the Excel window, which appears with a yellow border, where you can control or stop the presentation. Lync opens behind the Excel window.
