Synopsis
This option displays on the Tools menu if you have loaded the Analysis ToolPak add-in using Tools → Add-Ins. This option provides a set of analysis tools that can be used to develop complex statistical and engineering analyses. When you select this option the Data Analysis dialog displays, as shown in Figure 8-39, with a list of the tools you can select from. Since these tools are very technical and require prior knowledge of these concepts, this book does not cover these tools. You can find specific tips on using these tools by selecting the Help button.
