Synopsis

As indicated in Figure 5-3, the status bar displays at the bottom of the Excel window. It provides status information for Excel. You can display or remove the Status Bar from the Excel window by selecting View → Status Bar. Removing the Status Bar from one instance of Excel removes it from all other Excel windows that are open and any future uses of Excel.
