Objective 3.3: Configure WCF services by using the API

In the previous objective, you walked through using configuration file items to control the service’s behavior. You can do the same thing(s) imperatively in code, although as mentioned before, it’s advisable to have a bias toward configuration when choosing between the two. If you understand one approach, though, you can quickly navigate the other should the need arise; after all, they are merely two different vehicles to arrive at the same location. Other than cosmetically, (XML versus C#, VB.NET), they are identical and employ the same functionality.
