Chapter 13. Configure Network Services

The Configure Network Services domain includes a single objective: Deploy and manage IP Address Management (IPAM). IPAM is a new feature used for managing your organization’s entire IP address space, public and private.

For the 70-417 exam, IPAM is a bit of a wildcard. It’s a large topic, but because it is a new feature, the questions you will see will most likely be fair and not require unusually deep knowledge. That said, be sure to supplement the information in this chapter with some hands-on practice to develop a feel for how IPAM works.
