Section 03 with five chapters (26 to 30) deals with the migration of computer-based knowledge machines to socially oriented mind and medical machines. Though both sets of machines are hardware and computer oriented, the knowledge machines deal with rationality and programming to solve generic problems on a scientific and quantitative basis, whereas the socially oriented mind machines driven by individual needs of the human users, and as medical machines derived from the condition and status of physiological (or even emotional) health of any user.
