THE TRADITION AND FUTURE OF THE CONCEPT THAT EVERYONE LEADS

As mentioned and reinforced in previous chapters, our conviction that everyone leads is about the idea that leadership represents actions that many people can take, not positions that only a few people can hold. Leadership is about taking personal and social responsibility for working with others on common goals, and about practicing the values that engage those you lead to work effectively with you and others.
