How Will You Report Results?

What will be the visible result of your evaluation? Will you publish a report, hold a briefing, or both? And, will you present results as a summary table, bullet lists, charts, or just an executive summary?

If you publish a report, you must consider how much detail to include and in what form to publish it. Will you publish the report on paper, in an online form, or both?

Who will have access to the results? Who will automatically receive copies of the report? Who gets prerelease review copies of the report? Who will be invited to the briefing? Who else can have access to the report or briefing if requested?
