To measure business results, you must carefully define the results you will monitor and precisely document the effect of training on those results. Calculating business results for a single course may be impossible because the effect of a single course may be insignificant or intermingled with the effects of many other causes. A better approach may be to measure the effect of an entire curriculum or training program.
