How to Measure Performance

Because performance occurs outside the e-learning environment, evaluation may be outside too—though some techniques may have an electronic twist. As with other levels of evaluation, success requires measuring the right units at the right time. Measure performance for the entire course or for individual performance objectives within it. Measuring smaller units may not yield meaningful results and may prove too expensive to perform.
