How to Measure Learning
An effective level 2 evaluation examines the right units at the right time. Learning, at least for evaluation purposes, is most commonly measured at the end of the training course. Though logical, this timing may not yield the most complete or meaningful results. By measuring at the beginning and during the course, you can pinpoint the effectiveness of specific topics and activities within.
