About the AuthorMichael Havey, an architect in IBM’s Global Services division, has worked in the software industry for 10 years, specializing in enterprise integration and BPM. Michael has two degrees, both from the University of Toronto: a B.A. in mathematics and philosophy and a B.S. in computer science. Away from work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and writing about software. Michael lives near Ottawa, Canada.
