Abstract

Developing and sustaining a viable community of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) professionals is a challenge faced by participants in the global marketplace. Countries and global regions are beginning to recognize the need for gender equity and policies that support full inclusion of both women and men in the STEM enterprise.
