About the Author
Dr Poornima M Charantimath, Professor, Management Studies, KLS Institute of Management Education and Research (IMER), Belgaum, is a postgraduate in Management Studies from the South London University, United Kingdom. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering and has obtained her Ph.D. in the area of Supply Chain Management. She was formerly Deputy Director (Education), Indian Institute of Materials Management, Bangalore.
Dr Charantimath has a rich experience of 23 years in teaching, research, administration, and consultancy. She has authored two books and has numerous research papers to her credit.
