Once you’ve conjured up a brilliant idea, don’t keep it between you and the dog. The four-legged friend might be easy to impress, but he’s not going to help you on the path to success. Sharing your idea might sound counterproductive, but it’s crucial. Even in the earliest days of your business, you’ll need to seek advice, try ideas, and test them out.
