While there are too many people for me to acknowledge, there are people that rise so high on my landscape that they can't escape my thanks. First thanks goes to my wife, Dorothy, and all of my family for always supporting my endeavors, even if it means seeing me a bit less while I'm sequestered away while writing and working.
