Persistence is another important aspect of IoT. Data in IoT is like a constantly flowing river. Knowing when to store what is half of the job. Depending on what our application is, we can persist information.
A good storage solution should be able to do millions (not exaggerating) of reads and writes per seconds. It should have a flexible query interface and adapters to plug in to various big data and data streaming tools.
