Stages of the content maturity model

Having described the dimensions and the characteristics by which each is measured, we shall now consider the five key stages of the content maturity model, and the dimensions in each stage and combination of dimension and stage. As we discuss each we need to consider the organisational perspective and determine whether it is relevant to the organisation. As the characteristics of the organisation are recognised, note the stage it has reached and determine what capability measures are appropriate for the specific dimension.
